Our Staff

AJ Forcier – Chief Innovation Officer

AJ Forcier brings decades of hands-on experience to his role overseeing all technical operations at Crow River Glass. Having grown up in the industry, AJ began helping in the family glass business at just 11 years old. A skilled fabricator by trade, he has successfully applied those talents across both the glass and sign industries.

Passionate about innovation and craftsmanship, AJ is committed to leading Crow River Glass into a new era of technology, product development, and service excellence. He thrives on tackling new challenges, refining processes, and delivering top-quality results—always striving to be the best at what he does.

Alongside his wife Jessica, they also own and operate Crow River Signs and UltimateBoatWraps. Together, they are proud to be the third generation of family to carry on the legacy of Crow River Glass.

Jessica Forcier – Business Manager

Jessica Forcier is often working behind the scenes at Crow River Glass, overseeing all finance and office operations with unmatched dedication. With over 25 years of office management experience, she ensures the business runs smoothly—from handling financials and legal paperwork to coordinating marketing efforts and supporting team logistics.

Known as the problem solver, peacekeeper, and cheerleader of the organization, Jessica wears many hats. Whether it’s human resources, bookkeeping, legal, helping on installs, or even painting and landscaping, she’s always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Her resourcefulness and work ethic are the foundation of her success. One of her goals is to always work hard to improve and optimize customer service.

Outside the office, Jessica manages a busy household full of kids and animals while staying deeply engaged in her community. She has volunteered with several organizations over the years and currently serves on the Belle Lake Association. A passionate advocate for animal welfare, she is also active in rescue and fostering efforts.

The Forcier Kids

Crow River Glass is proudly a third-generation family business, and the tradition continues with AJ and Jessica’s three children (the Fourth Generation) —Cole, Riana, and Ava—who often lend a hand across all of the family’s ventures. Cole spent a summer assisting his grandfather with glass installations, while all three kids have pitched in on sign projects from a young age. Whether it’s helping in the shop, on-site, or behind the scenes, the Forcier family works together with pride, passion, and purpose—carrying forward a legacy built on craftsmanship, dedication, and heart.
